These rankings are based on hopes and dreams... There are people listed in weights that haven't been wrestling at that weight and they are also not taking into consideration up and coming wrestlers. Everyone wants to see their wrestlers in the top 6. Only some of these names will be there at the end of the season.

why isn't SK 120 kyle perry ranked??? Because he does not have the power points to be ranked. Has he beaten any of the ranked 120's? |

This is not an accurate ranking at all! The 195 from NP is no longer Hunt he is out on injury. It is now freshmen N. Symmes. |

I heard the 126 Jason Bamford and 285 Ely Larlham from the MET are looking really good this year possible contenders for placing.

Hamilton from WW pinned Van Horn from Chariho in the Semi's of the Wilson Cup (South County tournament). Should def be in consideration for the top 3 @ 132lbs. Nappi is @ 120, not 126. He is looking very dominant. 152, for the second year in a row is WIDE open...definitely going to be a great state tournament as it's really anyone's to win.

Is it me or do these rankings seem inaccurate? For example, Fry (Cov) hasn't wrestled in a posted duel meet yet but he is ranked 5th.

Nappi has been at 120 for the last couple duals and it will be reflected in the next rankings. Frye 106 Cov will be in finals if he's back & healthy. Not sure if he has what it takes to beat Fallon, but he's definitely a contender. Nappi has wrestled 126 all season. The only meet he could've wrestled 120 would've been last night tri against Johnston who has a forfeit @ 120, 126 & LSA Guadiana 126 who he could potentially meet in finals @ states. Coincidence? Does anyone know what weight he's wrestling today? With him not having power points from last year makes sense to go 126 considering that's where his power points for more than 1/2 the season this year comes from. If Hussey comes back 120 is a pretty deep weight class & would be easier for Nappi placing top 3 @ 126. Metcalf Cov 160 should be ranked. He's beaten SK & has 2 close decisions earlier in the season that could've gone either way. Glad to hear Martino BH will be taking his talents to the football field. He is a good athlete & great kid. Would've liked to see him take states this year though. |

Either way that's only 2 meets & I wouldn't be surprised if he continues wrestling 126 & was influenced to not wrestle Guadiana. I could be wrong, but seems legit w/ a lot of the strategies used by all coaches & wrestlers. |

SK's got a ton of young talent in the sophomore class at 106 , 120 , 170 and 285 all could place in states this year. Yeah I heard that SK HW is real buzzsaw. I saw him throwing in the boots at the Wilson Cup a few weeks back. |

SK 285 Rubme Marshall should be ranked he beat NP 285 Lombardo wrestled 113 at EWG match so he didn't wrestle Hawkins |

5 La Salle (lost to chariho in the same pool)
6 Johnston
There were some great match ups at the super duals and everything ran pretty smooth over all!
