Coventry also had JVs in there lineup. I think Conley bumped up as a strategic move away from Dupree. Both teams might surprise in the states (not saying they are competing for the title).

Does anybody know if Harrington is out for the season? If so, that's a shame considering he has a shot at placing this year

What is the seeding criteria for returning place finishers for power points?

Yes. I think Harrington (senior) is done for the season. Too bad as he could have placed. SK is strong though even in the mid classes with Duran and Bivona. Duran is only a sophomore and Bivona a Junior

In regards to Alteri he can still be the one seed hopefully his coach will claim him as a special circumstance on the day of the seeding meeting Alteri is a 3 time state champ and has placed every year in new England's I believe he fits the description of a special circumstance

i asked that question i think he can get the 2 seed since his match with Boudette would count as a loss head to head.but i dont know how that works for Davol he is also a returning state champ so my guess would be the 3 seed

I believe the rule for extenuating circumstance would grant a 1 or 2 seed only. So if it were granted , the winner of davol/beaudette would end up on opposite side of Altieri. The loser obviously would have to go through him. Should he be awarded the 1 seed which I don't think will happen bc of the loss to beaudette I'm guessing the other two would be 2,3.

Like I said before seed altieri where his points add up like any other wrestler and let him wrestle1, 2 or 3 seed earlier in rounds. No special circumstance!! If he ends 6, 7, 8 or whatever with his points good. But it might hurt a team going for state points
