Not that it really matters, but one more thing on the 160. What happened to Brown NK? you have Metcalf Cov in 6th. Brown beat him head to head and has more wins. This will an interesting states

I agree, 160 is anyones bracket. Burgess is (14-1) loosing to Grifka 1/11, Dougherty 13-2 w losses to Villanova and Burgess (Dougherty has a tourny win against) I think he may have 2 losses to Onajide, Holdredge 13-2 loss to Rivet 3-2 and Dougherty 3-0 no matches against Burgess or Villanova, Grifka 12-2 loosing to Holdredge 5-1 and Dougherty 1-0 wins over Villanova 6-3 and Burgess 3-0, Villanova 12-1 6-3 loss to Grifka, took forfeit at 152 vs wrestle Holdredge (weird) but did beat Meyers at 152.
Based on calculations for D1 seeds (these are not in stone) 1 Burgess 2 Dougherty 3 Holdredge 4 Grifka 5 Villanova 6 Brown 7 Metcalf D2 seeds 1 Onajide 2 Diaz 3 Wuestefeld

Wiseowls rankings look good with relation to PowerPoints except that Metcalf isn't going to be 7. He's only had 7 matches this year. He should have interesting match with someone in round of 16.
Look at division matches
Burgess vs ? Griffka vs Villanova
(Griffka upsets burgess in semis) Holdredge vs hope kid Doughtery vs ?

Because all the skinny guys need a chance with a smaller weight class instead of having to bump up to 106, makes meets score higher, and gives more kids Varsity chances Varsity chances need to be earned, not given because the team doesn't have anyone else that size. Unfortunately a lot of varsity spots across are state are given by default. Don't "bump" up. Hit the weights, and earn the spot on the mat. I have little sympathy for an undersized freshman or sophomore who is struggling at 106 because they are too small.

Is he still eligible for states with another school? My understanding is that for one reason or another (not sure what it was) he left Cumberland High School and enrolled in Lincoln. He sat out the first half of the season for some reason, could have been academic could have been due to the transfer rules. Whatever the reasons for his transfer/sit out, I am under the impression he is now eligible and is competing for Lincoln. Good luck to him and all the wrestlers competing this weekend.

Lynch way more comfortable at this weight now and makes finals. Disano gets his revenge and beats Lynch.
