Looks like People's still can't get over the fact that La Salle wrestlers are better than EP wrestlers😩 Chris Francis may need to teach him another lesson🤔 would love to see that but I'm only stating facts Hussey is the better wrestler

"How can you no put Hussey up for P4P the kids a returning state champ 3 time place finisher 2-2 at the new England's and is back on the mat dominating his weight again in my eyes Hussey takes p4p" ==================== Going 2-2 at New Englands is the same as not placing. It's not that good. When you're discussing P4P you should really bring more than 3 time State placer and DNP at NE's. i can think of plenty of kids that are much better candidates for p4p. Start with Disano and Rivet. I'm saying he deserves to be in discussion of p4p not saying he's better than those two I'm saying he is ONE OF THE BEST he deserves credit where it's due

Who's been watching the 106 from CW? Envyus Adoptante, got pinned by Fallon but is pretty big for a 106. I don't think he's bigger than Holland though, nor do I think he can beat Holland. he wrestled holland in the early in the season I think and it was a great match by both of them

Jarrell from Eg will not be wrestling at states. As a two sport athlete, he chose swimming as his number one sport. The swimming states and wrestling states are on the same day. As a result of the rules, he must go to swimming states instead of wrestling states.
Maybe bloom at 152/160 as the only Division 2 state champion

now my only question how will Fry be seeded he has not faced Reilley Cumb. Reilley has more power points then Fry and cant jump him.would Fry get special circumstances for the two seed if not he will be on Fallon side of bracket

now my only question how will Fry be seeded he has not faced Reilley Cumb. Reilley has more power points then Fry and cant jump him.would Fry get special circumstances for the two seed if not he will be on Fallon side of bracket Fry is not eligible for a special circumstance. Special circumstance only applies to those wrestlers who are returning State finalist or New England Place winners who then go undefeated at weight during dual meet cometition. As a freshman, Fry would not qualify. This is another flaw in the too formulaic Power point system. It does not account for those capable freshman. This is most prevalent at the lowest weights where freshman tend to have more of an impact. In a world where reason took place, it would make sense to seed Fry over Holland and Reilly as Fry has the decision over Holland, Holland the decision over Reilly, and Fry only out due to injury. However, if the PowerPoints fall: Fallon Holland Reilly Fry Fry will not be able to pass Reilly without the win over him. If the points fall: Fallon Reilly Holland Fry Fry will be able to jump over Holland forcing him into the 4 seed and Fry gets the 3 seed. The only other scenario that puts Fry on the other side of the bracket if is his points are so low due to missing time that he starts as the 6 seed on points and did not wrestler or beat the 5. But even then its not a a fair/good bracket as three of the top wrestlers and the best wrestler out of D2 would all be on one side of the bracket and Fallon would be up top by himself. Basically, Power Points system needs to go.

Frye Coventry is eligible for special circumstance:
Any wrestler who doesn't wrestle in all dual meets (at least one less match) who doesn't have any losses at weight in the state either dual meets or tournaments are eligible for special circumstance. Being a previous top 6 state medalists makes it easier for a coach to explain why a wrestler should get the special circumstance. For a freshman, like Frye, as long as he didnt wrestle a full schedule of matches and he has no losses at weight in the state of RI and he defeated wrestlers who would be top 3, in division 1, he should get the special circumstance. Luckily for him, Division 1 coaches are more level head than division 2 coaches (fenwick last season)

Just to clarify if it is Bloom at 52 it will be Bloom ranked #1 McGill ranked #2. If Teves goes 52 it will be McGill #1 Teves #2. Whichever MB kid goes 160 will be ranked #1.

I have been watching 170 closely and you have it wrong. Hayes beat Lancaster and everyone else in the division. It appears the Ponaganset kid didn't wrestle the night Cumberland faced them but Lancaster beat him . All things considered, Hayes should be 1, Lancaster 2 and Macomber 3.
