Tonight is the big night...Bloom vs Stamas Who ya got? Different weight classes. Bloom will have to bump up to 132. I don't think it will happen but someone in another thread made the prediction

If bloom is a ture New England champ, he should have no problem bumping up one or 2 weight classes and beating the RI state champs in those classes. Especially a RI state champ that didn't place at New Englands last year. RI competition is weak when talking about a New England champ!

Was this at a tournament? Wheres the results Yeah Methun I updated the Brackets Section with quite a few tournaments from last weekend, including the Methuen tourney where Jarrell won impressively. Also noteworthy are Cumberland finishing second in the Connecticut Challenge, LaSalle third in another Connecticut tourney, and North Providence winning the Mountie Invitational in Mass.

He only has 3 or 4 matches at 26. Zuller has 5 matches at 38 and 7 at 32 so depends on what weight he goes this coming week, again don't know what the weigh ins say.

Gomez is back in the mix, weighed in at 32 and lost to Celico. He looked pretty strong though.

If Gomez is from Cranston west, he beat Zuller today in overtime ride out.
The 160 weight class's is super stacked with at least 7 guys that could place on the podium from 2nd to 6th place. I think it's safe to say Francis will win the 160 class.
The Cranston west, pilgrim, Ponaganset, Hope, Bishop Hendricken, NP and Mt. Pleasant kid could all place anywhere from 2nd to 6th at states. All of these kids are losing to each other by 1 or 2 points every match.

Sounds like he is working hard. 32 could shape up to be very interesting at states. EWG wrestles Ponaganset next week, should be a good match up.
