106 - soto should pin
113 - no match and Mt Hope takes 6
120 - pretty evenly matched, neither wrestler is dominant and could go either way, big swing match in my opinion. Edge JHS
126 - St Vincent had a very good season last year and has been wrestling tough but at times makes big mistakes that can be very costly. Ribezzo will look to take advantage of a mistake by St Vincent. Edge Mt Hope.
132 - Tedesco is a returning place finisher at a tough weight last year, in which Torress was also in, Torress comes of a good tournament weekend, this will be a great match with a lot riding on it. Edge JHS
138 - Another tight match. Mechado has had a steady season and is a senior trying to close out his career. Caparco will push pace and has the ability to pull out the win. Edge MtH but by a slim margin
145 - Gelardi takes this match
152 - Lenardo has had flashes of very tough wrestling. And this is not a strong weight for MtH. JHS takes this
160 - Ziobro should win this match but look for Bessett to push for the win and keep it close. Ziobro has a habit of not pinning in big matches and going for the slow win.
170 - Caparco should have a W here but Peronni will work to assure he gets no bonus points.
182 - this going to be a brawl. This match will be worth the cost of my admission fee. I think as the match gets closer to a close (if they "pull" 106) this match will cary an even greater weight. I'm going with the hometown crowd pushing on Thibedeau as he tries to be a senior leader. Slight edge to MtH and that is not a knock to Conte, I just have to pick a winner.
195 - Soares has something to prove here and has a physical advantage over Lombardo who is still young. Adv JHS but could easily go either way
220 - Coehlo takes this match
285 - MtH closes with 6
This match will not only be about the close swing matches where I see there are 5/6 of them but also the bonus points. Who is going to get the major or the pin and who isn't.
33-27 Johnston.... Totally could go either way.

Schmeieder and ziobro are about evenly matched
Ziobro beat the ep kid and both the ep kid and schmeider pinned bessete
Its likely 6points can be counted on

Both teams have very talented wrestlers. Both tied Cumberland in head to head matches- I think with the match being at home for Mt. Hope and if Johnston has to forfeit two matches, that's a lot to overcome for Johnston--it can be done but will be a huge challenge. My gut says Mt. Hope at home with some strong wrestling and a forfeit or two takes the match by
four points.... 37-33... even though in matches actually wrestled, Johnston takes one more than Mt. Hope

Great match at Mt Hope tonight. Like I said earlier it was gonna be a barn burner. It def lived up to my expectations. I'm a Mt Hope fan but my hat is off to Johnston. those kids battled adversity in a hostile packed house and came out with a win. Classy bunch of kids from Johnston. 126 St Vincent got stuck! Difference in the match was 126, 145 and 152. Also Ziobro came up huge with a stick.
