Im sorry but one coach this week lost all respect of mine. Ducking a wrestler for seeding when your team is still in the dual? Makes no sense to me but with that 6 pnts cumberland clinched the meet. SELFISH MOVE. I thought the coach should be all for team oriented wrestling but no u duck a wrestler for seeding? i really hope there is a back story cause thats just wrong (period)

If a wrestler sits at times it could be a coach looking out for his wrestler and teams best interest. You both should be ashamed because that wrestler also sat the next night and seeding was not an issue for that match. You owe that coach an apology for the accusation and it shows your character for making such a post. Embarassing. lol

I don't think there was any ducking involved. It wouldn't be beneficial in any sort of way, they will fall 2&3 they see each other in semis doesn't matter who wins. I dont think ewg kid will beat either of them and with Stone and Ryan done for the season the rest of their half the bracket is all kids they have both beaten.

You do owe an apology to the coach. The kid did not wrestle, because he had his ear drained and the doctor told him he could not wrestle for a week it was not for seeding. His coach is a great coach you should not be saying things about him if you do not know the whole story.

lets talk 215 andrews from hendi beat hemme from chariho but dont sleep on caputo from west beat cumby kid and andrews looking really tough Considering he's the only kid in RI to give me a concussion in a match I definitely wouldn't count him out. having wrestled most of the good competition at 215 before I know from experience he should definitely be considered a contender alongside everyone else that's ranked.

Mike Georges will win states. He seems to be a very hard worker and has proven himself by winning the Cumberland Invitational and being a Finalist in the Take Down Tournament. He also beat Burrows 9-2(Controlled the whole match) and beat Conley from SK earlier in the season. However, in his 1loss he got pinned in OT by Dewey and is awaiting a very important match with BH's Aubin(should win) this upcoming week!

Jason Davol at 103, freshman from Hendricken, could be a sleeper. Should be ranked in top 6.

So lacroix beat Zaramby, Zaramby beat Techentin, Techentin beat Lacroix, should go to powerpoints, Zaramby should get 1st seed due to his 3rd place finish last year which will add to his powerpoints. Only question is whether Techentin win over Lacroix has as much weight as dual meet win ( I believe it was in an out of state tournament) Anybody know?

A win is a win. If Lacroix had beaten him at the dual meet then that would hold more weight since they would be 1 and 1 but since the match didn't happen it doesnt matter. It will go by power points but it will get interesting as to where they fall. As long as their PPs put them 1 - 2 - 3 it will end up Zeramby, Techentin, Lacroix. I believe if Tech has less power points and cant get jump to the 3 (due to him never seeing the person above him) then and only then i believe can Lacroix get the 1.
