Hello, Rhode Island wrestling community!
My name is Blake Saito, and I am currently the team captain and an active wrestler for Brown University's wrestling team. Wrestling has not just been a sport for me; it has been a significant part of my life, shaping who I am today. I am reaching out to share an opportunity for personalized wrestling lessons right here in Providence, Rhode Island.
A Bit About Me:
Current Wrestler and Team Captain at Brown University
High School Wrestling Accolades:
Walsh Jesuit Ironman Placer
3x Division 1 Ohio State Placer
Ranked 7th in the country during my senior year
Collegiate Achievements:
2024 EIWA 5th Place
Recruitment: I was heavily recruited and had multiple offers from Division 1 schools, highlighting my potential and dedication to the sport.
Lifelong Learner: I've attended the highest levels of wrestling camps across the country, absorbing knowledge from the best in the sport.
My Vision:
I believe in giving back to the sport that has given me so much. Through private lessons, I aim to share the knowledge, techniques, and strategies I've learned over the years with the next generation of wrestlers. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills for higher competition levels, I'm here to support your growth.
Why Train with Me?
Experience at All Levels: From high school championships to collegiate competitions, I've navigated the ups and downs of wrestling at every level.
Customized Training Plans: Understanding that each wrestler is unique, I tailor my lessons to fit your specific needs and goals.
Technique, Strategy, and Mindset: Wrestling is as much a mental game as it is physical. I'll share insights into mental preparation, resilience, and strategic thinking.
