Several RI teams traveled to Methuen Feb. 1 and were competitive in tough field of prominent teams from Mass., Vt., Conn. and NH. North Kingstown finished 7th with five place-winners including two runners-up: Kai Gallman and Tortora. Cranston West had the only RI champ as Gomez beat Mass. 7th-ranked Brock Desmarais of Dracut 6-4. Tollgate and Cranston East also competed in the 20 team field each with a place-winner: Nick Rutherford 3rd at 152 for CE and Kevin Lewis 5th at 106 for TG. Link to Floarena below:
