Beat the Streets Providence, Rhode Island College Wrestling, & Hope HS present our annual Free Fall Clinic
Friday November 10, 1-4pm* Veteran’s Day off for most schools
Hope High School – Providence, RI
All wrestlers welcome FREE of charge! (donations are welcome to those who wish to support the program, but not mandatory)
Schedule and clinicians:
Session I: 1-2:25pm
Station 1: Silas Murray – Rhode Island College All-American - transitions and short offense
Station 2: Kyle Lake – Rhode Island College Assistant Coach – Russian offense
Station 3: Steven Keith – Harvard University All-American – Take down defense
Station 4: Jay Jones – Rhode Island College Head Coach – Single, Hi-C, & double finishes
Session II: 2:30-4pm
Station 1: Shawn Giblin – Rhode Island College All-American – leg and cradle pinning
Station 2: Jake Dorman – Rhode Island College Assistant Coach – Tilts
Station 3: Steven Keith - Crab ride
Station 4: Silas Murray, Kyle Lake, Jay Jones – Bottom work
