We just moved here from CA. Looking to get some info. on the RI state tourney. Where? When? How is the quality of wrestling? I grew up and wrestled in HS and college in IL before moving to CA. Trying to stay in the loop of the local wrestling scene. Thanks in advance for any info.

This years RIIL State Wrestling Championships will be held on Feb. 24&25 @ the PCTA Arena on Fricker St in Providence. Our state only boasts about 30 programs (if that), so it obviously is a lot smaller then some of the tournaments that you'd be accustomed too. The quality of wrestling is good and the sport is gaining popularity in Little Rhody every day.
