I heard the following three wrestlers transfered schools
1) Wheeler, state finalists from np, now in narr
2) Cole,a previous state champ, now at ponaganset
3) Andrews, state place finisher, goes from independent to ponaganset.
Anybody know if this is true?

All three were at the NP tournament. Both Cole & Andrews were with Pon. Wheeler wrestled for NP & in their duel meet against NK as a captain. Looks like he is still with NP.

Checking RIIL rosters -
Wheeler still at NP and on their roster
Fallon Placer from Mass now at LSA
Cole Mcgill changed addresses and shouldnt have to sit out moving to Ponagansett
Andrew's changed schools going to Ponn's voc school, I believe he has to sit out half the season.
Fenwick - Rumor he is at Coventry but I dont think this is accurate - he is not on their roster but he is also not on Centeral's or any other active RIIL school's.
Estrada no longer at EP State placer believe at Barrington but is not on their Roster

Awful to think that these kids(parents) jump ship. It used to be you grow up in a town and you represent that town. Between Clubs and unethical coaches pillaging programs for their own egos , you can start to see the demise of a state that once had a decent tradition.
