What do the brackets look like for new Englands? Who has the best chance of placing? How does the p4p list look now thatba couple of those wrestlers lost states? Bloom still best wrestler in RI?

States was very exciting. Lots of great matches (Lynch v Celico, Hussey v Mountain, Rivet v McGill), and upsets. Can't wait to see what Team RI does @ New Englands.
My P4P:
1) Bloom
2) DiSano
3) Francis
4) Sauro
5) Peoples

My P4P: 1) Bloom 2) DiSano 3) Francis 4) Sauro 5) Peoples Suplex I cannot give Bloom a spot on this list and this is why: He had a vey easy track to the finals beating Zuller the lowest threat out of all the contending 32's. His win against Celico was not impressive at all, his escape was great but the take down was lucky.
Catiglione belongs up there , did you see him wrestle?
Sauro and Francis share the #1 spot equally
Disano is a strong second
Peoples belongs there.
No disrespect at all just my take on it all, and hey all I really know is I don't really know.

All fair opinions. However I believe that since Bloom came out on top of one of the two toughest weight classes and has previously won New Englands he should be in the top spot until someone else proves they deserve the spot more than he does by performing well at the New England tournament. Catiglione is a great wrestler and he wrestled a great match but I don't think he surpasses anyone on the list yet. I am excited to see how these wrestlers do in New Englands so we will have some more clarity on where they fall P4P.

I think Rhode Island wrestlers have an opportunity to gain some serious respect this coming weekend.

It's tough to do P4P in a small state. Catiglione has an in state loss to Williams so I wouldn't give him the nod. A tough wrestler but the setback was just that. Of the remaining you have Peoples, Sauro, Bloom, Disano, and Francis. I think 1 is between Disano and Bloom, the others walked through their brackets but who was in their brackets. That's the problem with being a small state. The win against Celico comment kinda knocks Celico. It was an impressive win because Celico is an impressive wrestler with season long accomplishments who will place at NE's. Had Celico won by the same score would anyone say it wasn't impressive, no they'd say he beat an NE champ, and would have gotten OW.
