I do agree Mike there is some validity to that, but if he wants to wrestle 126 for stays based off of RIIL he might have to weigh in at 126. Making the Weight would have made the Match impossible Anyways. So why not try to exhibition. Just my opinion. Seems like a lot of hate and none really deserved. Not hate at all. I just think it's ridiculous to say Stamas should be embarrassed for not taking the match. He has nothing to prove. Also, you can weigh in at 126 and wrestle 132 whenever you want. Or he could have weighed in at 126 and actually wrestled 126 and helped his team win the dual.

Smart move on coaches not letting Stamos wrestle. Would of proved and gained nothing. Get on scale weigh in and wrestle. If he was good enough to for a exhibition should of been good enough to get on scale. What coach in right mind would let there wrestler wrestle a meaningless match. Stamps was on weight and ready to wrestle where was other wrestler

There is no mystery here. Stamas was weighed in and ready to go. You wanna wrestle weigh in and lets go, other wise be quite, sit in your chair, and I will see you at states. End of discussion. It was cheap and not worthy of an answer for an "exhibition" match.

Division 2B is without a doubt STACKED. All of those teams are solid and have beaten several Division 1 teams throughout this season. It's sad that they are all clumped together, as the kids miss out on a chance to be a division champ due to stupid alignments. I do not believe Pilgrim will win (as was stated above) and instead think it will either be Woonsocket or Burriville. West Warwick had them beat and simply out wrestled them m4m, it also looked like they gave up several forfeits too. It will be exciting to see the outcomes of the tri meet between Woon, East and Pilgrim coming up.
1. Woonsocket 2. Pilgrim 3. WW 4. Burriville 5. East 6. Tolman

Some of these teams might have 1 or 2 wrestlers that might make some noise in the state tournament, but as a team, they all will be at the bottom of the standings. Put any of them in Div 1, and they would have a losing record. Not to talk bad about any of them, but they are right where they belong.

I disagree division 2 teams have beaten alot of division 1 teams in tournaments like the mountie invitational chariho beat narraganset and they arent they best team in division 2 because they have lost a couple and cranston east and EG beat out johnston at the methuen invitational we dont know the dual meet results becuase they dont wrestle division 1 school but i think after Bishop, South Kingstown, Cumberland, North Providence, and Coventry Pilgrim, Woonsocket, Burriville, WW, Cranston East, and Chariho would do very well in division 1.
