Trumbull High School (Trumbull,CT)is Hosting a 10 Team Dual Tournament on Jan. 2, 2016 and one of my teams withdrew.
It will be ran as a 2-Pool Bracket of 5 teams. Winners of each Pool will cross over and wrestle 'Like' Winners (Pool A 1st vs Pool B 1st, Pool A 2nd vs. Pool B 2nd etc.)
Top 4 teams in each pool will get 5 matches, losers of each pool will only wrestle their pool and not cross over (4 matches).
Teams that have confirmed include (High School Team/Last Years Ranking/ Tournament Placings):
Newtown (#1 in CT All-States/ 1st in CT Team Rankings /2nd place in New England Tournament)
Trumbull High School (6th Place CT All-States/8th in CT Rankings/ 10th Place in New England's)
Xavier High School (7th in CT All States/#5 in CT Rankings)
Londonderry, NH (9th in New England Tournament)
Foran (CT Top 10 consideration/ 13th in CT All-States)
Glastonbury (CT)
Masuk (CT)
Pomperaug(CT)
Nanuet (NY)
