Wali Muhummad, owner of Peak Wrestling School in Newark, NJ, is taking his show on the road to two locations in New England. For over 23 years, Wali has produced elite wrestlers that have gone one to have success at all levels. In his time at Peak Wrestling School, Wali has coached 16 NJ State Champs, 95 NJ State Place Finishers, 5 NCAA Champions, 18 NCAA D1 All Americans, and 1 Olympian.
Wali will be at:
Johnston Senior High School, Johnston, RI on Saturday 11/28/15 from 10am until 2pm.
Bay State Wrestling Club, West Springfield, MA on Sunday 11/29/15
Wali is my former club coach and, to this day, I have never met anyone that I can compare to Wali. His passion for the sport is like nothing I have ever seen. We are planning on a four hour clinic the scheduled date but will most likely go over. Wali's passion leads to anecdotes and life lessons that are weaved into his sessions.
The clinic will mainly be focused on drilling. Wali contends that drilling is becoming a lost art. He is the man for the job to teach your wrestlers how to drill properly and with a purpose this upcoming season. Wali has created his own comprehensive drilling program that he modeled based on practices used by John Smith of Oklahoma State. He will have technique weaved into the day as well which is second to none.
I need to have at least 15 kids booked to make it worth his while and be able to pay him and HS fees. All ages and abilities levels welcomed. So parents, coaches, everyone, please spread the word and check out Wali's testimonials on Facebook. Any questions, contact me at 973-953-1345 or travisdrappi@yahoo.com
Thanks,
Travis Drappi
