Anyone predicting any upsets. Say it now. Not after it happened. How about top 3 in each

Upsets always come from where you never expect. Kids who show up to wrestle their match will be successful, kids who show up and go out and wrestle a name will fail. only a few can take the name out of it, but when they do.....BOOM upset

Sticks11 some bold predictions. But I like it. Some far fetched but not impossible. Sound like a Johnston fan.

EWG I think gives BH a run but BH just to deep.

Every kid that steps on the mat today is already a winner!!!You have made it through yet another season of wrestling, which has taught you to be the best you can, taught you about endurance and most of all RESPECT,although we all have our own teams and predictions, you will know one thing for sure, that kids that wrestled walk through life itself just a bit easier than the rest and with dignity and respect.Good luck to all and especially all Seniors moving on in life............

i'm picking howard at 126. colici is tough. but think howard is wrestling with a chip on his shoulder from not being in states last year. don't know if that counts as an "upset" prediction. but that's my too cents.

Looking forward to some interesting quarterfinal match-ups I expect will occur: D'Alosio and O'Connell at 120, Lenz and Weeden at 138, Sauro and A. Labrie at 152, Boesch and Mott at 182, and Zicus and Sauer at 220. All of those guys can make an argument for being top five in their class, yet meeting before the semis due to the vagaries of seeding different section. Heck, Clarke and St. Vincent meet in the prelims and they were 4th and 5th last season! States sure are tough. My favorite weightclass remains the 132 lbs. class. If I've counted correctly there are 6 guys who placed at States last year all battling it out, and what makes it so great is that there's no returning champ and several of these contenders could win it without anyone being able to legitimately ask "How'd that happen?" I love this event!
