You can also check results in RIIL.org. They have the separate tournament scores, unlike Trackwrestling.com which seemed to have a composite score. BTW Cumberland, which finished second in both the freshman and J.V. tourneys was the composite winner. BH won the freshmen tourney again with five champs, three of which had won middle states last year and will compete in the varsity tournament tomorrow (and all with scoring potential, with two likely to place). Chariho was a big winner in the j.v.'s, and used several of their dual meet regulars in the tourney. Other teams that did well in both (top ten in frosh and j.v.) were Coventry (6, 4), South Kingston (9, 3) and East Providence (4, 9). I was surprised how poorly Johnston fared, though in large part because Sorti didin't wrestle in the frosh tourney (would've liked to see him and Jon Celico go again). However, their team is so young that they will be a big contender next year and beyond. BH should be a bear for the next 2-3 years, and Cumberland will apparently continue to be a factor.

Atlantaal,Johnston didnt do well because they only wrestled one boy in the Freshman States that only had a total of 4 matches ever, and in the JV states entered 2 guys and one of the two took first place @ 170,check the stats, before saying how poorly they looked....Look @ the Varsity States tommorrow that should give a better picture of the Team.....(a better way to judge the teams is to look @ how many wrestlers were entered...)
