La Salle-Tournament Team Champions, had 8 out of 14 wrestlers medal. Georges 220 won it, with both Wolfang 145 (L to Jerrell) and Forand 120 (L to O'Connell) losing in finals and Williams 106 winning consolation finals to take 3rd.

Matt Claeson retired from coaching and he was the driving force for that tournament. Things will not be the same without him there.

tournament seemed to run fine- just a couple fewer teams, and dont forget the way the holiday falls actually made the tourny closer to xmas and its usually the weekend prior- some teams were committed to other tournaments that weekend...everything was complete and out of there by 530-6ish

I think they were talking about the quality of competition wasn't the same as it has been. West and east are down, north Attleboro seems down this year, just not as tough as it used to be.
