Referee Question of the Week (11/8/11)

Situation

In dual-meet competition, a wrestler on the bench commits flagrant misconduct. What is the penalty for this infraction and how does it affect the team score?

infraction would be removal from the premises for the remainder of the event and three points deducted from the team
You would also remove any points the wrestler had earned for the team if he wrestled.

I thought a team point was added to the opposing team not 3 points deducted. If the wrestler already won then 3+ points are deducted in equivalent to what ever match points he heard for his team.
