Johnston will have open mats mondays and wednesdays 5-7pm starting next monday the 14th it is free all are welcomed even 7th and 8th graders. Coach mancuso and coach Tuorto form lincoln will run practices and have special guest every week showing new an exciting moves to improve ri wrestling

Are numbers are getting bigger had about 20 kids last two nights come on down kids from hendriken tolman lincoln johnston and some middle school kids

Hey guys no practice during aprilvacation but we will return on monday April 25 we been having goo turouts some top wrestler in the state have been down there sucg as lin 215 lb state champ zikus also there 112 4th place finnisher Alex D'alliso Johnston Place finnesher Caparco The lebrie twins and Matty Alverez so come down get ready for the season

Hi guys i know the weather is getting nice but we are still having open mat workouts numbers were low last week so hope to have some numbers tonight so we can keep this open thru June

That's to bad... So many of our RI wrestlers could benefit from open mat on the off season, and they are not taking advantage of Johnston opening their doors for FREE MAT TIME...
