When the time comes to make that decision to rise up and dominate or stay average, 95% of athletes crumble and don’t have the physical or mental strength to get the job done. There are many options when you want to find a wrestling skills camp. It seems like every coach in the state holds a camp throughout the summer and fall. Skills camps are great. But when do you get off the mat, improve your strength without gaining weight, improve your endurance without losing muscle, and get your weight in check so you don't have to starve yourself during the season?
